Job Stages

Each job goes through sequential stages: New, Awaiting Files, In Production, Finishing, Shipping, Completed. You can customise stages in Settings.

Stage changes can be manual or automatic (e.g. once files are uploaded, the job moves to "In Production"). Every change is logged in the history.

Stages help organise production and keep the customer informed about the progress of their job.
