Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the PressCal Pro platform, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
PressCal Pro is a print shop management platform that includes costing, quotes, imposition, email, job management, material inventory, and desktop tools (PressKit).
3. Account
Registration is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account corresponds to one organization (company).
4. Trial period
The free trial period lasts 30 days. After expiration, an active subscription is required for platform access. No credit card is required for the trial.
5. Subscription and payments
The PressCal Pro subscription is available with monthly or annual billing. Current prices are listed on the pricing page (presscal.com/pricing) and apply as displayed at the time of purchase. Additional user seats are billed as described on the pricing page.
Payment is processed via Viva Wallet (Greece/EU) or Stripe (US). The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
Your first annual subscription purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund at support@presscal.com within 30 days of purchase, the full amount is returned to your payment method.
Beyond that, payments are non-refundable: cancellation stops future charges without pro-rata refunds for the remainder of the current period, and access continues until it ends. Purchases of additional usage credits (e.g. AI message packs) are non-refundable.
7. Price changes
We reserve the right to adjust our price list. For active subscriptions, any new price applies from the next billing period and only after email notice at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel your subscription before renewal at no additional charge.
8. User data
Data you enter (customers, quotes, materials, etc.) belongs to you. In case of account deletion, data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
9. Gmail Integration
The platform requests access to your Gmail for reading, sending, and managing emails. Access is used exclusively within the platform for managing customer correspondence. You can revoke access at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure or misuse.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
