Courier — vouchers and tracking from the quote

The job is ready and has to go out. With no connection you open the courier's site, retype the name, address and phone, print a voucher, copy the tracking number and email the customer. Five minutes a parcel, and a wrong address every so often.

With a courier connected: one button on the quote.

Which ones are supported

Five, ready to connect:

  • NexDay (Hermes)
  • ACS Courier
  • Speedex
  • Geniki Taxydromiki
  • ELTA Courier

You can connect more than one and set a default — one for the city, another for the regions, the way you already work.

Connecting

Settings → Integrations → Courier. For each courier you need the API key from your own contract — there's no shared PressCal account; you ship on your contract at your rates.

Each one tells you where to find it: NexDay at app.nexday.gr → Settings → API, ACS in the eCommerce panel → API Keys, ELTA at eShop → API Integration.

You don't retype the sender details — they come from your company profile (Business tab).

Don't see your courier?

There's a request form right underneath: you say which one you use and the connection gets built. It isn't a decorative button — that's how the existing ones got added.

Shipping

On the quote, Create Voucher. The delivery details come from the quote's customer and the voucher is created in your account.

At the same time, automatically: a tracking email goes to the customer with that courier's tracking link. It leaves from your own Gmail, in your customer's language. Nothing to remember, no number to copy.

💡 The email is deliberately best-effort: if something goes wrong with Gmail, the voucher stays valid. The parcel ships; you resend the email. The other way round would be a disaster.

Cancelling and status

Printed a voucher and something changed? Cancel voucher — then you can create a new one. Shipment status is checked from the quote itself, without opening the courier's site.

Where the limit is today

All five connections are for Greece. If you ship abroad or work outside Greece, use the request form to get your carrier added — and until then you raise the voucher the way you do today.
